Apr,02,2014
by:+Dina Overland

When consumers challenge a healthcare service their insurer denied, they win about half the time, data from California insurance departments show. The nation's 9,000 community health center locations, serving some 22 million patients, are bracing for an influx of patients in the 26 states that have expanded Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act. Mar,28,2014
by:+Elizabeth Gardner

There’s plenty of IT around to help the elderly—medical alert devices, medication reminder apps, Wi-Fi enabled scales and blood pressure cuffs, touchscreens with big buttons for Skyping with the grandkids—but one observer thinks there could be much more and better technology with a few commonsense tweaks to the paradigm. And second, don’t let young people have a monopoly on designing the products.

10 Common Landing Page Myths: Busted
Mar,28,2014
by:+Ginny Soskey

I remember when I found out the Tooth Fairy wasn't real. My whole world was shattered. Granted, I was about eight, but I was furious to find out that my parents had been putting a quarter under my pillow every time I'd lost a tooth, not a sweet fairy named Daphne who lived in a castle made out of my pearly whites. Luckily, believing in the Tooth Fairy is pretty harmless. Other myths, especially those that affect your business, are not.

But they owe a lot of this success to one core differentiator: Their emphasis on excellent customer service.
